2025 American Republic Insurance Services Top Producer Trip
Qualifications:
1. Qualifier and one (1) adult guest are eligible.
a. All attendees must be 21 years or older.
b. Qualifer must attend the Top Producer Trip in order for their guest to attend.
c. American Republic Insurance Services employees/producers who have not qualified are prohibited to attend as a guest unless they are married or in a domestic partnership with the Qualifier
2. Contest Timeframe:
a. Applications must be submitted between June 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
3. Qualifying production:
a. Qualifying policies must be issued and active througl1 March 1, 2026.
b. Agent Vizion will be used to determine production amounts.
4. Top Rookie producer criteria:
a. For the purpose of this , rookies are defined as anyone that was contracted with ARIS after 6/1/2024.
b. Managers and Leaders are not eligible to qualify for the trip as a Top Rookie.
5. Top Veteran Producer criteria
a. For the purpose of this contest, veterans are defined as anyone tl1at was contracted with ARIS before 6/1/2024.
b. Career Agents as well as Managers and Leaders are eligible to qualify for the trip as a Top Veteran Producer.
c. The 5 Qualifiers will be the veteran agents with the highest production during the contest timeframe.
6. Top Recruiter criteria:
a. For the purpose of this contest, the Top Recruiter is the Leader, Manager or Agent with the most agents recruited from 6/1/2025 to 12/31/2025 that sell 5 or more policies.
b. If the recruiting agent is different from the direct leader, please notify Fieldsupport@arisagency.com
7. Top Life/Annuity Producer criteria:
a. For the purpose of this contest, the Top Life/Annuity Producer is the agent that has the highest Life and Annuity production during the contest timeframe.
b. If the winner also qualifies under another category, the next Top Life/Annuity Producer will be selected to attend.
c. Managers and leaders are eligible to qualify for the trip as a Top Life/Annuity Producer.
8. Top Health Producer criteria:
a. For the purpose of this contest, the Top Health Producer is the agent that has the highest Health production during the contest timeframe, excluding any Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, or Affordable Care Act policies.
b. If the winner also qualifies under another category, the next Top Health Producer will be selected to attend.
c. Managers and leaders are eligible to qualify for the trip as a Top Health Producer.
Trip Rules and Clarifications
1. The value of the experience will be reported as income for the qualifier, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Service's rules and regulations. Additionally, the applicable income of their guest will also be assessed. If any award value is included in the recipient's income, the recipient will be responsible for any taxes owed. Agents are encouraged to consult a tax professional regarding the potential impact on their tax situation.
2. The Top Producer trip cannot be rescheduled, substituted, or exchanged for cash.
3. To qualify, agents must be in good standing and actively contracted with American Republic Insurance Services at the time of the Top Producer Trip.
4. American Republic Insurance Services will make the final determination regarding eligibility.
5. Attendees are required to participate in all sponsored functions and events.
6. As representatives of American Republic Insurance Services, all attendees are expected to behave appropriately and adhere to all local and federal laws, as well as any applicable resort or hotel regulations. American Republic Insurance Services reserves the right to remove any qualifier from the program for inappropriate bel1avior, with the determination made solely at their discretion. The qualifier will be responsible for any costs incurred due to changes in travel plans.
7. American Republic Insurance Services reserves the right, at it's sole discretion, to change dates, location and qualification guidelines of the Top Producer Trip.
8. AII air travel will be arranged through our designated travel associates or company.
a. The qualifier is responsible for any fees that result from cancellations or changes whicl1 include any increased airfare costs involved in reissuing tl1e tickets.
b. Additional airline fees including those for seat upgrades, overweight or additional luggage will be at the expense of the Qualifier and their guest.
9. By participating in the 2025 American Republic Insurance Services Top Producer Trip, the qualifier agrees to release and hold harmless American Republic Insurance Services, its affiliates, and its owners, as well as its employees, managers, officers, directors, and agents, from any and all liabilities for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the convention. This release includes actual, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to this event.
10. The laws of the state of Iowa will govern the Terms and Conditions associated with tl1e 2025 Top Producer Trip. Qualifiers participating in this event consent to resolve any disputes solely through the alternative dispute resolution process outlined in the Policies and Procedures between the qualifier and American Republic Insurance Services.
