Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to bookings made through World Travelers, 1414 S 600 W, Bountiful, UT 84010. Booking with us means you accept them. Program-specific terms (for hosted journeys, incentive programs and registrations) are provided with that program and take precedence where they differ.

Our role

World Travelers acts as an agent for the suppliers who provide your travel: cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators and insurers. Each supplier's own terms and conditions govern the service it provides, including cancellation and refund rules. We will tell you what those are before you confirm.

Deposits, payments and fees

Deposits and final payment dates are set by the supplier and confirmed in writing at booking. Planning fees, where they apply, are quoted before any work starts and are non-refundable once work has begun. Airline ticketing fees are disclosed before ticketing.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the supplier's rules and any fees they charge. Tell us in writing as soon as plans change; the earlier we know, the more options you have. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and we can quote it with any booking.

Travel documents and health

You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any vaccinations or health documentation required for your itinerary. We will point out what is required, but entry rules are set by the countries you visit and can change.

Liability

World Travelers is not liable for acts, omissions, delays or failures of suppliers, or for events outside our control such as weather, strikes, illness, government action or supplier insolvency. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid to World Travelers for the booking concerned.
