World Travelers ("we", "us") operates travelwt.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, register for a program or request a booking, we collect the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, travel dates and preferences, and, for registrations, the information the program requires (passport details, emergency contacts, health notes relevant to travel). Registration forms are hosted by Jotform and are subject to Jotform's own security practices.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to you, to plan and book travel you ask us to arrange, and to run the programs you register for. We share it only with the suppliers who deliver your travel (cruise lines, hotels, airlines, tour operators, insurers) and only as needed to make and service your booking. We do not sell personal information.
If you join our newsletter you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email. Booking and program correspondence is sent as part of the service you asked for.
Cookies
The site uses only the cookies needed to run it. We do not run advertising trackers.
Your choices
