Bring us your community: how a hosted journey works when the group is yours

Some of the best trips we run were never on our calendar. A church group, an alumni circle, a chamber of commerce, a family that wanted to mark a milestone together: they brought us the people and the reason to go, and we built the journey around them.
What counts as a community
Any group of roughly sixteen or more who share a reason to travel together. The reason can be an anniversary, a shared history, a faith, a hobby or simply friendship. The size matters because at that scale we can hold space on ships and in hotels, add a dedicated host or guide, and negotiate inclusions that individual travelers cannot.
How it works
You bring us the idea and a sense of who is coming. We propose two or three destinations and formats, with dates that fit your group’s calendar. Once you choose, we hold the space, set the price per person, and open registration. From that point every member of your group deals with us directly for deposits, air, insurance and questions, so you are the host, not the administrator.
What the organizer gets
A private registration page under our name, regular updates on who has signed up, a single point of contact, and, depending on the size of the group, a complimentary place or a host credit. We are transparent about this from the start because it is how most organizers fund their own travel.
Where groups like yours have gone
Kauai with a resort buyout, a WWII history journey through Normandy and the Ardennes with a historian, Peru and the Amazon with our own team on the ground, Komodo by small ship, and Napa Valley by Wine Train. Several of these started as a community request and became a hosted departure others could join.
